New Jersey Women, (and Men) Flock to the 17th-Annual Women’s Leadership Summit

Attendees heard from panelists Yezenia Ramos, Senior Manager of Employee Engagement for North America for Johnson & Johnson; Kenia Nunez, Amazon best-selling author, speaker and a certified health coach & yoga teacher and Liz NolleyTillman, author of "Great Work, Great Rewards: 7 Secrets for Breaking the Performance Punishment Cycle."

Roundtable discussions were also held in the morning and afternoon by Kathleen Cashman, President of Cashman Consulting, LLC; Liz Nolley Tillman, Terry Adams, Founder of Adams Consulting Group, LLC.; Paula Rovinsky, Your Holistic Nurse-RWJBarnabas Health and Sue Weston, Director of Diversity Programs at IW Consulting Group.

There was also: Clarisa Romero, CEO & Founder of Mindful Consultants; Susan Favale, Owner of Honor Yoga in North Brunswick; Elayne P. McClaine, Regional Director of NJ Small Business Development Center at Rutgers-New Brunswick and Shivani Shah, CEO of Beyond The Plateau Personal Leadership Coaching.

The event also featured Dr. Patricia Morton, Director of the Spinal Cord Injury Project.

Finally, Penelope Lattimer, Ph.D, Executive Director of the New Jersey Development Council, served as keynote speaker.

A wave of inspiration and motivation took over the room as attendees heard from all of these strong female leaders and their stories of how they learned "purpose" in life.
